Omelet au Naturel

Ingredients

• To every 2 units of egg
• 1 of milk
• some pepper
• salt
• seasoning herbs
• onion
• Put 0.5 unit of butter into the omelet pan

Method

   Mix egg, milk, pepper, salt, herbs, and onion without whisking.

   Heat butter in an omelet pan, pour in the mixture.

   Stir slowly to loosen edges, when still a little liquid at the top, remove and hold in front of the fire to rise.

   Serve with strong brown gravy.
