Old Fashioned Scotch Scones

Ingredients

• 4 cups flour
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon soda
• about 2 cups of milk

Method

   Sift flour, baking powder and salt into bowl.

   Mix soda into about 2 cups of milk.

   Add milk to the flour, folding it in, not stirring.

   Roll out and cut in quarters, bake slowly in an iron skillet.
