Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients

• Sprinkle 2 0z,medium oatmeal
• 1 good tablespoonful Al Cooking Slt
• into a pint of boiling water

Method

   Sprinkle oatmeal and salt into boiling water, stirring continuously.

   Simmer steadily for half-an-hour with a lid on the pan.

   Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

   Serve when the meal is tender and the porridge thick.
