Nun's Toast

Ingredients

• 5 eggs
• 1 dessertspoon of butter
• 1 small onion chopped fine
• 1 teaspoon flour
• 1 cup new milk
• salt
• pepper
• thin slices of hot buttered toast

Method

   Boil the eggs and cut into slices.

   In a frying pan, melt the butter, add the chopped onion and cook without changing color.

   Stir in the flour, then add the milk, salt, and pepper, stirring rapidly.

   Add the egg slices to heat through.

   Serve over the buttered toast.

Nun's Toast. Boil 5 eggs and cut into slices.
