NEAPOLITAN CAKE. Black : Take one cup butter, two cups brown sugar, one cup molasses, one cup strong coffee, four and a half cups sifted flour, four eggs, two teaspoonfuls of soda, two of cinnamon, two of cloves, one of mace, one pound raisins, one of currants, and a quarter of a pound of citron.
