Ingredients

• Cast on six stitches.

Method

1. 1

   First row — Knit three, thread over three times, narrow, knit one.

2. 2

   Second — Knit two, knit first loop, seam second loop, knit third loop, knit three.

3. 3

   Third — Knit across plain.

4. 4

   Fourth — Knit across plain.

5. 5

   Fifth— Knit across plain.

6. 6

   Sixth — Take off first stitch without knitting, knit second stitch, slip first stitch over second, knit third stitch, slip second stitch over third stitch, knit the remaining five plain; this makes one scallop.

7. 7

   Repeat from first row.
