Ingredients

• Put 2 cu|)s of mushrooms in a stewpan
• with 2 tablespoons of butter rolled in a little flour
• add 1 teaspoonful of salt
• a pinch of cayenne
• a squeeze of lemon juice

   Sauté mushrooms with butter, flour, salt, cayenne, and lemon juice until tender.
