Mushrooms au Gratin

Ingredients

• Yz. pound mushrooms
• Yi cup bread-crums
• 1 sHced onion
• 1/16 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil
• Y^ teaspoon paprika
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 cup mushroom stock (made Y^ teaspoon salt
• Juice of i lemon

Method

1. 1

   Peel mushrooms and sprinkle salt over them to extract water.

   Fry onion in oil, add flour and brown; add stock and seasonings, cooking until thickened.

   Drain mushrooms and add to sauce.

   Put into a baking dish, sprinkle with crums, and bake until crums are slightly browned.
