Mississippi Cole Slaw

Ingredients

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 head solid cabbage
• 1 cup chopped cold tongue
• 1 cup cold chopped ham
• 1 green pepper
• 1 red pepper
• 1/2 chopped onion
• 1 egg white

Method

   Slice cabbage as for cole slaw.

   Mix all the ingredients together and add to the cabbage.

   Thin the mayonnaise with the beaten white of one egg and add to the cabbage slaw.

   Sugar can be added if not sweet enough.
