Meat Sandwich

Ingredients

• 6 ozs. McDougall’s Self-raising Flour
• 1/2 Ib. Minced Beef or Sausage
• 1 Onion
• 1/4 teaspoonful Mixed Herbs
• Salt and Pepper

Method

   Peel onion, mince, chop or grate it, mix with meat, herbs and seasoning.

   Prepare pastry, roll out two-thirds to line a greased 7-inch sandwich tin, fill with meat mixture.

   Roll out remaining pastry, damp edges, place on top, seal layers firmly.

   Trim and neaten.

   Bake for half an hour.

   Serve hot, with gravy.
