Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• a small minced onion
• % cup of melted butter
• salt to taste
• pepper to taste

Method

   Mix well and form into a loaf.

   Put a tablespoonful of melted butter in a pan, lay in the loaf, bake for 1 hour, basting often and adding water if dry.

   Make brown gravy to serve with it.
