Macaroni, Italian Style

Ingredients

• Four tablespoon fuls of butter
• one-half pound of macaroni
• an onion
• parsley
• herbs
• four tablespoon fuls of tomato catsup
• some mixed spice
• one quart of boiling water

Method

   Fry onion, parsley, and rosemary in butter until browned.

   Add tomato catsup, spices, and boiling water.

   Add broken macaroni and stew until tender.

   Serve with sauce and grated cheese.

Macaroni, Italian Style, — Four tablespoon fuls of butter, one-half pound of macaroni, an onion, parsley, herbs, tomato catsup and spice. Put in a pan one tablespoonful each of finely-chopped onion, parsley and rosemarj; fry in bubbling butter until well browned; add four table- spoonfuls of tomato catsup, some mixed spice, four tablespoon fuls of butter and one quart of boiling water
