Lobster Patties

Ingredients

• a glass of sherry
• six large mushrooms
• butter
• flour
• cream

Method

   Cut lobster meat into small pieces and mushrooms into quarters.

   Dust with paprika and salt, pour sherry over them.

   Make a cream sauce with butter, flour, and cream.

   After thickening, add lobster and mushrooms, pour in sherry, and cook for half an hour.

   Do not boil after adding sherry.

   Pour into hot patty shells and serve immediately.
