Ingredients

• one tablespoon butter
• one tablespoon olive oil
• one tablespoon flour
• one clove of garlic cut fine
• one teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• one cup strained tomatoes
• one cup soup stock
• salt
• pepper
• paprika

   Blend butter, oil, flour, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
