Liver and Bacon. Warmed Potatoe. Bread and Butter. Coffee. Dinner.— Baked Haddock. Baked White and Sweet Potatoes. Celery. Bread and Butter. Lemon Wafers. Salted Peanuts. Supper. —Creamed Fish (made of cold haddock). Bread and But- ter. Canned Blue Berries. Cake. Tea. 0 Liver and Bacon. — Soak the liver a few minutes in boiling water to draw out the blood. Drain, remove the thin skin and veins. Cut into slices, season with salt and pepper, roll in flour and fry with thin slices of fat bacon. Drain and serve with a brown gravy
