Lemon Puff

Ingredients

• 4 >€iggs, 5^ t^spoon salt
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 4 tablespoons flour

Method

   Be^ the eggs separately, stir until very smooth, then add the grated rind and strained juice of a lemon and the whites of the eggs.

   Put in a buttered dish or gems and bake fifteen minutes.

   Serve hot.
