Lemon Ice Box Pie

Ingredients

• 3 egg yolks
• 1 can condensed milk
• 3 cup lemon juice
• 20 graham crackers
• t lb. butter (melted)

Method

   Beat egg yolks until thick and smooth.

   Pour condensed milk in slowly, while beating rapidly.

   Then add lemon juice.

   This makes pie filling.

   Stir cracker crumbs into melted butter.

   Pour into pyrex pie plate and smooth out very firmly with finger tips.

   Pour filling into crust.

   Top with egg whites (3) beaten until stiff, sweeten to taste.

   Set in oven and brown.
