Leamington Buns

Ingredients

• 3 ozs. of sugar
• 3 ozs. of butter
• 5 ozs. of flour
• 2 ozs. of dried cherries
• 1 oz. of citron peel, chopped
• 1 oz. of angelica, chopped
• A few drops of orange essence

Method

1. 1

   Rub the butter into the flour, add the sugar and beat in the eggs.

   Mix in all the other ingredients and the essence.

   Bake in small greased tins about 15 minutes, in a moderate oven.
