Kempton Eggs. Cut into slices three hard-boiled eggs and one onion ; put the latter only in the Chafing Dish with a tablespoon of butter. Stir it, and fry the onion to a light brown, then sprinkle in half a tablespoon of flour, and add two tablespoons of milk, pepper and salt. Boil up and then add the eggs ; serve at once with grated Parmesan cheese
