Italia's Pride (American)

Ingredients

• 1 large cup chopped Meat
• 2 Onions, minced and fried brown
• 1 pint cold boiled Macaroni
• 1 pint fresh or cold stewed Tomatoes
• 1 teaspoonful Salt
• 1 teaspoonful White Pepper

Method

   Butter a pudding dish, and layer macaroni, then tomato, then meat and onion with seasoning until the dish is full.

   Cover with bread crumbs, dot with butter, and bake for 4 hours.
