Indian Cheese Savoury

Ingredients

• two tablespoonfuls of Coombe's Eureka flour
• enough milk to make it the consistency of cream
• the yolks of four eggs
• three ounces of Parmesan cheese
• some chopped parsley
• one chopped green chilly
• salt to taste

Method

   Mix flour with milk to a cream consistency, add egg yolks, cheese, parsley, and chilly.

   Beat egg whites to a stiff froth and mix gradually.

   Pour into a greased souffle dish and bake until set and golden brown.
