Ice Box Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 Box Vanilla Wafers, rolled fine
• 4 Lb. butter
• 4 C. Powdered sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 large can crushed pineapple
• 1 Pt. whipped cream
• Sprinkle nuts on

Method

   Put 4 inches of rolled vanilla wafers in the bottom of a pan.

   In a mix-master, beat 4 pounds of butter with 4 cups of powdered sugar well.

   Add 4 eggs, one at a time, and beat well.

   Spread over crumbs, then add crushed pineapple (drained a little).

   Spread whipped cream over the top, sprinkle with nuts, and then a layer of vanilla wafer crumbs.

   Place in ice box for a few hours.
