Honey Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups honey
• 1 cup sour milk
• 4 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• Y% teaspoon salt

Method

   Cream butter and honey well.

   Add beaten eggs, then sour milk and flour sifted with soda, spices, and salt.

   Mix well.

   Bake in loaf pan at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
