Hidden Onions

Ingredients

• 8 small onions
• ' ■_> lb. green beans
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 2 tbsp. flour
• 1 c. sifted canned tomatoes
• I c. chopped, left-over meat

Method

1. 1

   Cook onions and beans separately until tender.

   Place onions in a buttered baking dish, fill spaces with beans.

3. 3

   Melt butter, stir in flour, add tomato puree, bring to boiling point, add meat.

   Season and pour over onions and beans.

   Dot with butter and bake for twenty minutes.
