Hamburg Steak

Ingredients

• one pound of round steak
• 2 small onions
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
• 2 tablespoonful of the mixture
• a large lump of butter

Method

   Chop fine the round steak, add chopped onions, pepper, and salt.

   Flour your hands, take 2 tablespoons of the mixture, and make into small flat cakes.

   Fry brown on either side in hot butter.
