Ham with Noodles

Ingredients

• Prepare noodles from 2 eggs
• 1 pound fine-minced boiled ham
• 1 cup cream or milk
• 3 eggs
• a small grated onion
• a little nutmeg

Method

   Prepare noodles, cut into strips, boil in salted water, drain.

   Mix with ham, cream, eggs, onion, and nutmeg.

   Put mixture into a pie dish, lay small pieces of batter on top, and bake for about 30 minutes.
