Ham Timbales

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/2 tsp minced parsley
• 1/4 cup stale crumbs
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup milk
• salt and pepper
• 1 cup chopped ham

Method

   Melt butter, add crumbs and milk and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

   Add ham, parsley and eggs, slightly beaten.

   Season.

   Pour in buttered individual molds, filling 2/3 full.

   Set in pan of hot water and bake 20 minutes in moderate oven.
