teaspoon pepper til smooth 44 teaspoon onion juice Mix ingredients _ and beat un-, and fluffy. substituted for the tomatoes. | ‘in hot deep fat until” \Serves. 4, 32—HAM ROLY POLY 1 cup sifted pastry flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons ‘Domestic’. shortening % cup milk 1% cups cooked ground ham 1 egg, well-beaten 1 tablespoon catsup 1 tablespoon melted butter % teaspoon pepper Salt to taste Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in the shortening and add the milk to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured board, knead 12 times, and roll into a rectangular shape. Combine the ham with the beaten egg, catsup, butter and seasonings. Spread evenly over the dough and roll up like a jelly roll. Bake at 375° F. for 25 minutes.
