Fruit Jelly

Ingredients

• 1 pint orange or lemon
• 1 pint raspberry or other flavour
• 1 quart and pint of nearly boiling water
• ½ tin apricots
• ½ tin of pine apple

Method

   Dissolve fruit juices in boiling water.

   Add chopped apricots and pineapple in a deep glass dish.

   When nearly cold, pour jelly over the fruit.
