Fruit Batter Puddings

Ingredients

• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 2% cups flour
• 2 tablespoons melted Jelke GOOD LUCK Margarine
• % teaspoon salt
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• Fruit

Method

1. 1

   Beat eggs, add milk and melted GOOD LUCK.

   Combine dry ingredients and add to the first mixture, beating until smooth.

   Place fruit in a greased baking dish, pour batter over it, and bake at 375°F for about 45 minutes.

   Serve with cream and sugar or lemon or vanilla sauce.
