Fried Oysters and Bacon

Ingredients

• one dozen oysters
• as many thin slices of bacon as there are oysters
• as many rounds of bread as there are rolls of bacon

Method

1. 1

   Open and remove the beards from one dozen oysters, cut thin slices of bacon, roll each oyster in bacon and fasten with a skewer.

   Fry each roll carefully.

   Toast rounds of bread, butter them, and serve with the rolls on top, garnished with fried parsley.
