FRIED OYSTERS Roll 1 dozen oysters in 1 cup enriched flour seasoned with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Dip into 1 slightly beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs. Sprinkle both sides with salad oil. Bake in a shallow pan in a hot oven (400 degrees) until brown, about 15 minutes. Makes 2 servings. Mrs. A. C. Davis Wildwood H. D.
