FRENCH DRESSING Boil artichokes in rapidly boiling salted water uncovered for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the outer leaves can be easily detached. Drain well. Serve hot or cold with French Dressing. ASPARAGUS IN FRENCH DRESSING Boil asparagus gently in salted water until tender. Drain. Cool but do not chill. Serve with French Dressing. FRENCH DRESSING 1 teaspoon chopped onion 1 teaspoon chopped chives 1 teaspoon chopped parsley 1 teaspoon salt 14 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 tablespoons wine vinegar 34 cup olive oil
