French Beans with Milk

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. beans
• 2 oz. butter
• i^ pint milk
• I tablespoonful flour
• I tablespoonful chopped parsley
• easpoonful Liebig's Meat Extract
• A pinch of nutmeg

Method

   Boil beans until tender, then drain.
