Fish Salad

Ingredients

• 1 Ib. cooked cold fish
• 4 gill picked shrimps
• a teaspoonful of chopped chives
• 4 a small tin of salmon

Method

   Flake the cooked cold fish and add to it the picked shrimps or salmon.

   Season well and add chopped chives.

   Bind together with a little salad dressing and form into a neat shape on a flat dish.

   Coat with mayonnaise and arrange green salad, tomatoes, beetroot, and radish around the dish.
