Fabulous Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 4 erp butte
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 oz. bitter chocolate
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups sifted flour
• 2tsp. baking powder
• 14 cups milk
• 2tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Method

   Cream butter and sugar.

   Melt chocolate.

   Beat eggs and add to creamed mixture, then add melted chocolate.

   Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with the milk.

   Add vanilla and nuts.

   Bake in a loaf pan, 8 x 12 x 2 at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
