EXCELLENT RECIPE FOR BAKED APPLES rpAKE nice large apples, and core them without splitting. Place in a china dish and fill each apple with castor sugar, then put a piece of fresh butter the size of a nutmeg on top of each apple. Cover bottom of dish with warm water
