PIES AND PASTRY 141 2 lemons, rind grated and juice 2 oranges, grated rind and juice 3^ teaspoon each of cloves, cinnamon, allspice, ginger and nutmeg 3<^ teaspoon salt 6 tablespoons brandy or sherry Store in sterilized fruit jars and seal.
