Dried Fruit Sauce

Ingredients

• evaporated peaches, apples, prunes, pears or apricots
• sugar according to the kind of fruit

Method

   Wash and soak evaporated fruit overnight in cold water.

   In the morning, add sugar, boil for 5 minutes, then set in the hay box for 2 hours.

   Alternatively, omit sugar and boil to make syrup separately, adding it after the fruit is cooked.
