Deep Dish Apple Pudding

Ingredients

• 6 large apples sliced
• lc. sugar
• 2 tbs. lemon juice
• /4 co. flour
• 5 tsp. salt
• 6 tbe. butter
• # c. water

Method

   Pare, core, and slice apples into a deep casserole.

   Add lemon juice and water.

   Mix cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle over apples.

4. 4

   Combine remaining sugar with flour and salt, work in butter until coarse.

   Sprinkle over apples and pat smooth.

   Bake at 375° for 40 min.
