Date Bars

Ingredients

• 2 whole eggs or 4
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons boiling water
• 1 package dates, (chopped)
• 1 cup black walnuts or pecans
• 2V2 teaspoons Royal baking pov
• 1 teaspoon Sauer's vanilla

Method

1. 1

   Beat eggs and sugar until creamy, then add water, dates, nuts, and flour.

   Cook about twenty minutes.

   When cool, cut in bars and roll in sugar.
