Ingredients

• Select 1 dozen large, tart apples.
• Cream together ½ of a cupful of butter.
• 1 cupful of brown sugar.
• 1 tablespoonful of vinegar.
• 1 teaspoonful of curry powder.

Curried Apples. A novelty to serve with cold meats is cur- ried apples. Select i dozen large, tart ap- ples, wipe and core them and place in a bak- ing dish. Cream together ^ of a cupful of butter and i cupful of brown sugar, beat in i tablespoonful of vinegar and i teaspoonful of curry powder.
