Curled Omelettes with Ham

Ingredients

• half pound of lean ham
• six eggs
• one spoonful of cream
• a quarter of a pound of butter

Method

   Chop fine the ham, stir well the eggs and cream.

   Melt butter in a frying pan, pour in the eggs, stirring until it begins to thicken.

3. 3

   Add the ham, set on the stove until brown at the bottom, then put in the oven for a few minutes.

   Serve at once, seasoning to taste with parsley.
