Crumb Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 cup rye toast crumbs
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 eggs

Method

   Beat eggs, add sugar, stir in crumbs and nuts and mix well.

   Bake in a shallow pan which is lined with a greased paper, for 5 minutes in a moderate oven; turn gas lower and continue to bake for 15-20 minutes.

   Serve with any kind of whip or whipped cream.
