Croutes d la Clarice. — Have ready some thin slices of parboiled fat bacon, lay on each a little heap of 102 SALADS, SANDWICHES, &c. shred ham, anchovy, and mushroom ; roll each up, dij) in frying batter, and fry a golden brown.
