Croustades of Rice with Cheese

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2 table-sps. milk or cream
• $ oz. butter
• 2 tab'e-sps. grated cheese
• Seasoning
• Make 6 or 7 rice croustades

Method

1. 1

   Prepare the egg mixture by beating the eggs and adding milk or cream.

   Melt butter in a pan, pour in the eggs, and stir until thickening.

   Add cheese and seasoning, cook briefly, fill the rice cases, cover, and serve hot garnished with parsley.
