CREAMED TUNA FISH Scald one can of Tuna Fish. Pour off water and mince the ‘meat. To this add 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs. Make a cream sauce of 1 cup of sweet milk, 1 tablespoon of flour and butter, salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Chop into this sauce 2 bell- peppers and a few stalks of celery or celery seed.
