Creamed Codfish

Ingredients

• Heat 1.5 cups of milk
• add 1.5 cups of salt codfish
• Mix 1 tablespoonful of butter
• and 1 of flour

Method

   Heat milk in a double boiler, add soaked codfish, and cook for 10 minutes.

   Mix butter and flour to a paste, stir into milk until smooth, then remove from fire and add a well-beaten egg without cooking it.
