Countess Pudding. Stir two yolks of eggs and a tablespoonful of castor sugar well together ; add half an ounce of pounded almonds and another yolk of egg ; thicken with mashed baked potatoes ; flavour with vanilla ; stir in the whipped whites of the eggs
