Cornish Pasties

Ingredients

• ¢ lb. plain Short Pastry
• ¢ lb. Steak
• 4 lb. Potatoes
• 1 small Onion
• Salt and Pepper
• 2 tea-spoonfuls Water

Method

   Cut meat and potatoes into dice, chop onion, mix with salt, pepper, and water.

   Roll out pastry, cut into rounds, fill with mixture, moisten edges, fold, and bake in a quick oven, then moderate for thirty minutes.
